Cooking
Cauliflower disassemble on inflorescences and boil for 5 minutes.
For the dough, beat the egg, add the cold water and softened at room temperature butter. Mix well.
Add the flour and quickly knead the dough. Wrap it in foil and put in the fridge for 20 minutes.
For filling, beat 1 egg with the flour to avoid lumps.
Then, by adding 1 egg to drive all the eggs.
Add sour cream, mix well.
Now add the finely chopped thyme and milk, season with nutmeg, black pepper, salt and all to mix.
The dough, remove from refrigerator, roll into circle and put into a form to form bumpers. I have a form with a diameter of 28cm, height 4cm.
On top of the dough cauliflower and tomatoes, previously peeled and cut into pieces.
Add our fill of finely grated cheese, mix well.
Last season the filling with soy sauce Kikkoman. It will give our dish a wonderful color and taste.
Pour the filling on top of the cabbage with tomatoes. Bake in preheated to 170 degree oven for 45-55 minutes, until Golden brown.
