Cooking
Beets to boil and peel. Grate on a coarse grater.
Prunes cut into small pieces
Walnuts cut into small pieces
All mix well. I add this beet mixture in a box and put in the fridge.
Before serving a festive table, lay out a snack in a beautiful vase. Grease with mayonnaise or sour cream, salt, percu. Very delicate appetizer!
