Garlic cut into slices
In the meat make small cuts.
The incisions and insert garlic cloves.
RUB the pork with salt and red pepper.
Spread the meat on foil (I take a long piece of foil and put it along the table, then tear off another piece of foil and put it across - there is a cross foil)
Carefully wrap the pork, making sure that there are no holes, or spilled juice. Lay the piece on a baking sheet and put into the oven for 1-1.5 hours.
After the time carefully open the foil and check the meat (knife is free to enter into the meat, and cut clear juice)
