Fillet cut into pieces 2 per portion, add salt, sprinkle with spices to your taste (I had the white pepper, paprika, thyme), sprinkle with lemon juice and add 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, mix well and leave to marinate for minutes 5-20 minutes (depending on the time You have).
Peeled potatoes to grate, add the flour, eggs, salt, sliced or dried herbs (dill+parsley), mix well.
The fish pieces to coat the potato batter and fry in hot oil over medium heat to the inside of a well-done, 3-4 minutes on each side.
