Creamy ice cream with apricot caramel
Offer a recipe of creamy ice-cream with apricot caramel. Caramel is a wonderful complement the taste of sweet ice cream and make it taste really summer and bright.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Brown sugar

    150 g

  • Yolk egg

    3 piece

  • Cream

    300 ml

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Apricot

    300 g

  • Brown sugar

    50 g

  • Water

    25 ml

1. In a saucepan, mix milk, sugar and vanilla sugar, heat.

2. Then enter the egg yolks one at a time, stirring with a whisk. To heat on low heat until the mixture thickens, but do not boil.

3. Then remove from heat and cool completely. Cream vzbit in a lush cream.

4. Add the cream to the yolk mixture and beat again. To shift the ice cream into a container and put into the refrigerator for 3 hours. Every hour the ice cream beat with a mixer.

5. For the caramel, mix the water with sugar, put on fire.

6. Without disturbing cook a thick caramel, then remove from heat, put in the caramel halves of apricots. The caramel will hiss and take the lumps. As it should be. Return the pot to low heat and cook, stirring occasionally, until apricots juice let. Then cover and cook for another 10 minutes. Lumps have by this time to disperse. Then punch a blender and cool.
