Lemon biscuits in a hurry
Perfect shortcake base and a magic lemon nougat as a filling! Favorite cookies my mom, she is leaving tonight and I decided to do it in the road and at the same time to share the recipe with You, dear hostess! It turns out very very tasty, all advise. Quickly and easily bake, the ingredients are certainly there at your fingertips! The sand made the proportions perfect dough, just divided into two. Incredibly delicious! Already running salivating, waiting to cool:)

Ingredients

  • Powdered sugar

    1.25 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Lemon peel

    2 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    0.25 tsp

  • Flour

    1.25 cup

  • Butter

    100 g

Cooking
