Tasty, sweet cake with jam.

Ingredients

  • Jam

    1 cup

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

Cooking

Prepare the ingredients.

Divide the eggs.

Start beating them.

Add the sugar.

Beat until fluffy foam.

Add flour.

Add the kefir.

Add baking soda, slaked vinegar.

Mix everything.

Form grease with oil and pour our dough. Put in preheated oven to 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.

Make the glaze: 0.5 Cup sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa and 3 tablespoons hot water.

0.5 Cup sugar mixed with cocoa.

Mix it with water.

Cook over very low heat until bubbles appear. After cook another minute and let cool.

Get our cake and take out it from the form.
