Puffs with chocolate and almonds
Very simple and delicious puff pastry with chocolate, the perfect complement to a Cup of coffee.

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    225 g

  • Chocolate milk

    40 g

  • Almonds

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

The dough defrosted.

Rastopit chocolate in the microwave or in a water bath.

Almonds are lightly dry in the pan.

Divide the dough into two parts. Edges of the upper pieces of the dough (3pcs.) moisten with water.

From the lower part with a roller to make the bars.

Chocolate spread in the center, about 1 tsp.

Cover with a grille to seal the edges, brush with egg, decorate with almonds. Bake in preheated oven to 200C for about 15 minutes until Golden brown.
