Cooking
1. Red currants wash, cut sprigs and allow to completely drain.
2. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Sift the flour.
3. Add in the flour baking powder. On the packet of baking powder specified, what quantity of flour how much to take of baking powder (I have 3 cups of flour is 18 grams of baking powder, i.e. the whole stack)
5. Dry mixture stir with a whisk and set aside.
6. Proteins separated from the yolks, set aside.

16. The dough evenly lay on the baking sheet, prick with a fork. Put in oven and bake for 10 - 15 minutes.
17. While the cake is baking, whip the whites. In proteins add a pinch of salt.
18. Begin beat with a mixer at low speed.
19. Gradually add the sugar and gradually increase the speed.
20. Whisk to "steep peaks", if you turn the dish, the whites will not fall out.
21. After 10-15 minutes remove the pan and on the dough evenly berries.
22. Put the whites. I just put a tablespoon in and levelled.
23. Heat in the oven turn down to 150 degrees. Bake until done - about 30 -40 minutes.
24. The top of the meringue needs to buy a "cream color". Take out the baking sheet with the finished cake, give at least 15 minutes to cool down.
25. I made this cake with strawberries (strawberries cut into small pieces), with raspberries, blackcurrant. Very tasty, and with red currant is our favorite. The cake itself is sweet and red currants gives a lovely acidity.
