Salad with avocado and chickpeas
If you have avocados and a jar of chickpeas, + sun-dried tomatoes, you can quickly build a rich and delicious salad perfect for any meat dish.

Ingredients

  • Chickpeas

    0.5 can

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Sundried tomatoes

    5 piece

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Cilantro

    0.25 coup

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Black pepper

    0.17 tsp

Dice the fresh tomatoes and dried bell pepper. Add chickpeas. I have canned.

Clear avocado, remove the seeds, cut into cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice from darkening. Chop a few sprigs of coriander or any other greens. This step I didn't photograph.

To combine the mustard, oil and lemon juice. Whisk until smooth.

Combine all the ingredients and season the salad.
