Potato salad with chicken
Today I have prepared for you a salad, very simple, but very tasty. Tender chicken chicken is perfect and decorates it. Come, pomades!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    1 g

  • Seasoning

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yogurt

    100 g

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard seeds

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Green onions

    0.25 coup

Cooking

Boil potatoes in their skins. Clean. Cut into slices. Boil hard-boiled eggs. Clean. Slice into quarters.

Chicken fillet spread on a sheet of seasoning MAGGI on the second tender chicken breast. We use a seasoning with garlic. The fillet will cover the second half of the sheet. Lightly press with hand.

Fry on a dry pan for 4 minutes on each side.

Prepared tender chicken breast fillet spread on a Board and cut into strips.

On a plate for serving put lettuce, rings of potatoes and quartered eggs.

Mix the yogurt, mustard and mustard seeds. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.

Put the sauce on the salad. Sprinkle finely chopped green onion. Can be fed.
