Vegetable cakes with potato stuffing
Great, tasty scones choux pastry. Are prepared with simple and affordable products.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Soda

    1 pinch

  • Water

    250 ml

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Zira

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

For the dough mix in a bowl the flour, salt, soda and baking powder. Pour boiling water over, stir with a spoon to make the ingredients come together, cool slightly. Pour vegetable oil and a good knead with your hands until smooth. Put the dough in a bowl, cover with clingfilm and leave at room for an hour.

While the dough Matures, prepare a filling. Boil potatoes in their skins, cool, peel, mash into a puree. Peel the onion and garlic finely chop. In a pan, fry first the onion until Golden, add the garlic and cumin, stir, remove from heat. Mix mashed potatoes with fried onions.
