Cooking
Our main products: Cup walnuts, 3 onions, 2 raw potatoes and palatana white bread
Onions and peel the potatoes and wash.
Bread chopped into large chunks and 1-2 minutes to soak in boiled water.
Nuts skip through Mincer. I don't have it, I use a chopper from the blender. Grind until fine crumbs.
Also mince or grind the potatoes and onions. The consistency of the puree.
To combine the onions, potatoes, nuts in a bowl. Squeeze bread and add to the same.
Mix everything together until smooth mass. Add to taste black pepper, salt, garlic. A little sunflower oil. I usually add only salt and oil, garlic and peppers do not here a matter of taste, focus on yourself.
Heat a pan on medium heat, add sunflower oil, form patties (this is useful with wet hands), roll in breadcrumbs. From this number of products I got 10 large meatballs
Fry as usual cutlets until Golden brown. Important: do not cover the burgers with a lid, otherwise they will spread and lose shape!
Well, that's all. Bon appetit. Fast with joy!
By the way, these meatballs can be put on the bread and take with you to work as a meatless meal, they keep their shape when cooled. Disadvantage: others may think you eat meat, they are a bit too similar to the regular meat patties:)
