Cooking
The softened butter vzbit with sugar. Continuing to whisk add the egg. To bring the mass until smooth.
Add the lemon essence and then the sifted flour. All mix well, knead the dough.. Flour may need a little less or more.
The dough should be soft and elastic, not sticky to hands. Wrap the dough in clingfilm and leave in the fridge for half an hour.
Roll out the dough about 3-4 mm thick, cut first into strips, then the strips into rectangles. Then give the rectangles the shape of a tea bag i.e. cut off at the top right and left corners. A nozzle with a small hole to make a hole at the top of each "bag".
Shift the cookies on a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake in a preheated 200*C (400*F) oven for 8-10 minutes.
Ready cookies cool completely. Chocolate melt in a water bath.
Then there are two options: 1. Dip each cookies into the chocolate a little before reaching the middle, to give the remains of the chocolate drain out.2. Each cookies to grease chocolate with spatula or knife with two sides a little before reaching the middle. I recommend the second option, as in the first layer of chocolate turns out very thick.
Lay cookies on parchment paper and place in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes before complete solidification of the chocolate.
For registration we need a sticky tape, rope and paper from real tea bags. I have been planning to do this cookies, therefore, collected the paper, but you can just cut into squares of any cards. Threading the cord through the hole and tie. To the free end of the sticky tape glue piece of paper.
From the number of ingredients turned out 50 cookies. Shortbread cookies, but not crumbly, and crunchy. For this cookie you can use your favorite recipe of shortcrust pastry.
