Cheese strudel with apples and cherries
Think strudel is a hallmark of Austrian pastry arts. Proper strudel juicy, but not soggy, with a delicious crispy crust. To prepare the strudel is not as difficult as it may seem at first. Try it for yourself!

Ingredients

For the dough combine all the ingredients (flour pre-sift and add slowly) and mix well. The dough should be soft, elastic and not stick to hands. Put the dough in the fridge for 2 hours. If you are using fresh cherries, then remove the stone and leave to stand, so they let the juice, which then need to merge.

Apples peel and core, cut into cubes and lightly fry in a frying pan, adding the cinnamon and the cognac. Then combine with cherries and add sugar or sprinkle then in order to avoid excess fluid.

Take the baking paper the right size and lubricate with a little vegetable oil or flour. Roll the dough on parchment paper in a thin layer.

Then put on him the filling and level it. Sprinkle the top with sugar over the entire surface of the filling. The dough with filling rolled into a roll using the paper.
