Quince in caramel sauce with rice
Delicious vegetarian dessert. I suggest to try and enjoy spicy and flavorful sweet dish.

Ingredients

  • Quince

    1 piece

  • Figure

    1 pack

  • Water

    0.333 cup

  • Brown sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Raisins

    60 g

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 tsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Bags with rice, put in boiling water and boil until tender about 30 minutes.

Quince cut into plates of approximately 0.5 cm.

In a pan pour water and put the quinces. Simmer for 3 minutes.

Add the raisins and spices. Simmer for another 15 minutes. Look at the condition, the quince should be soft.

Add sugar and simmer until thick caramel. Add the honey, stir.

Dessert is ready, spread it on the rice and serve.
