Cooking
Prepare cream mixture: mix cream with cheese. This cream to cover 3 or 4 rows of cookies. Put the mixture while in the side.
Prepare the cream for the lubrication of cookies: if you have thick Varenka, add 2 tablespoons of the creamy mixture and mix well.
Place on a sheet of paper 12 pieces of "cookies",
brush them with condensed milk.
Top with another layer of biscuits and spread with condensed milk and so 3 rows of cookies. Do not try to press the cookies gently and easily lay out the rows.
Take the cream mixture and add the remains of the condensed milk, if you have little, add sugar to taste and whisk the mixture for 5 minutes. The cream should be thick. Put 1/3 of the cream on the third layer of biscuits, sprinkle with nuts. Crush the nuts or not, a matter of taste.
Then pour nuts butter cream (1/3 h) and flatten. Lay out 4 layers of biscuits.
To the remaining butter cream (1/3 h), add 2-3 tsp of cocoa, 1 tbsp butter, mix, if a little sugar, add to taste. Heat the cream in a water bath and pour the cookies on top. Put the cake in the fridge.
After an hour take out the cake and covered the remnants of the cream and flatten the top. Put again the cake in the fridge overnight or for 2 hours.
