Pie with prunes and hazelnuts
Very tasty cake. When baking, the whole family fled to the smells coming from the kitchen. For the recipe a big thanks to Genia Kovalets.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon peel

    1 Tbsp

  • Cognac

    1 Tbsp

  • Prunes

  • Hazelnuts

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Flour

    250 g

A handful of prunes chopped not very finely.

Cottage cheese with eggs, sour cream, sugar, brandy, salt, vanilla, lemon juice and lemon zest to punch in a blender until a homogeneous cheese mass (you can just take the cheese with a fine texture. For example fish, tuna or just cheese). To the resulting mass add the melted butter and the flour with the baking powder. Add flour to make a viscous mass resembling thick cream. I pointed out to 200, but You focus on your dough!!!

Add the chopped prunes and gently stir into the dough.

Put the dough in a greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs (flour) form. Generously sprinkle with nuts and bake at 180C until Golden brown. Readiness check wooden skewer. When it is dry-pie is ready. I did it in about 1 hour.
