Peach pie with almond Frangipane
Today I'm back with the cake recipe Irina fadeaway. Delicious flavorful peach pie with a delicate almond cream. Cook it quite easy! Invite!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Butter

    250 g

  • Powdered sugar

    200 g

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Peach

    0.5 kg

  • Almonds

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

First make shortcrust pastry. All of our products for the dough must be at room temperature. So, let's start. Softened butter mixed with sugar into a creamy mass.

Add the egg yolks and mix until smooth.

Pour the flour and quickly knead the dough.

Next, roll out the dough or hands (whatever you like) is distributed on the form (previously covered with paper). I suggest to use your hands as the dough will be very crumbly, brittle and can break. Send our dough to cool for about an hour.

While our dough is cooled, one can prepare the filling. Softened butter, beat with powdered sugar. Beat until until light and fluffy mass. Then, without stopping beating, add one egg.

Almonds (best to take roasted) grind into a very fine crumb, almost in the flour and pour in the cream. All mix well.

Our dough is cooled, destem it and fork neatly pinned. Put halves of peaches. Peaches can be replaced with a nectarine, apricot or plum.

On the basis of the peaches with a spoon put the prepared cream and gently, using the spatula, even out. Bake our pie at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes.
