This recipe was born spontaneously, thanks to the friendship with the wonderful and hospitable Turk. Knowing that I love fish, he cooked salmon on your own recipe. For two years I begged to reveal the secret recipe, promising to replace any fish sauce. And hurrah! The exchange took place!

While the fish waiting in the fridge, do some cooking sauce. Don't know, did the Turks exchange of equal value, but my recipe was accepted with gratitude.
