Cooking

step-0
The set of products represented in Zepter cookware, thanks to which we will be able to cook this dish without salt, water and oil, although it is well known that the usual stir fry is cooked with lots of sesame oil. Yes, we can do this not a classic taste, but it is an outlet for those with their diet wants to cook Asian cuisine. If desired, the oil can be added to the finished dish
step-1
So, shred green onion, ginger and garlic; cut into rings leeks, julienne peppers and carrots. In a cold pan, not defrosting (important!) put the seafood and veggies, stir.
step-2
Put dry funzone and a good crush.
step-3
Close the lid and put on medium heat. Surprisingly, we cook rice noodles without water!
step-4
When the lid becomes hot, and the arrow of the controller will reach the middle of the green field, open the cover. View, cellophane became less dry, a little moist on the bottom appeared moisture.
step-5
Now it's time to mix things up, trying to keep the noodles were at the bottom, under the vegetables. Pour in the fish (soy) sauce and close the cover, slightly reduce heat. Let everyone prepares for 10-15 minutes, then remove from the heat and leave the pan without heat for another 10-15 minutes. If you are going to test the readiness and mix (consultants Zepter is not recommended to open the lid during cooking), do not forget every time to pour 1 tablespoon of water, because you violated the circulation of heat and moisture and must be replaced.
step-6
The finished dish looks like this - the noodles are soft, vegetables and seafood ready.
