Christmas pretzel
Sweet pretzel like.

Ingredients

  • Yeast dough

    1 kg

  • Butter

    250 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

Cooking

Prepare the filling: soft butter add sugar (to taste), cocoa powder, vanillin to taste, all mix thoroughly.

Roll out the dough, but not very thin.

On the dough spread the filling and distribute evenly.

The dough with filling rolled into a roll.

Cut in half (Lengthwise).

Twisting the pigtail.

Importantly, the cuts were on top.

Spread on a baking sheet and bake until tender.
