Description
These sweet rolls are easy to prepare, does not require any special products, and their preparation does not take much time. But the food is delicious! At all celebrations disappear from the table like a rocket.

Cooking
The products required. The dough is purchased from a Turkish shop.
Olive oil for frying tubes.
Dill wash, dry and finely chop. Cheese mash with a fork.
To connect with dill cheese and mix well.
To recede from the edges of the dough about 1 cm and spread the filling strip.
Begin to collapse the tube. Rolled two times.
Now with the two sides folded around the edge and continue to fold the tube.
When there's a small triangle with the water and, turning, glued to the tube, in the roasting process, the tube is not reversed.
This has to happen in the end of the folding.
In a well heated frying pan, pour olive oil, put the rolls and fry on all sides (turning over) until Golden brown. Tubes are fried very quickly.
After roasting put them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
