Suitable as a base for sandwiches (it is not cut lengthwise, but simply flip upside down and butter, put sausage and all greens on the "wrong" side of the pellet).

Cooking
Cereal soaked in warm milk (37 degrees), mix and leave overnight in the fridge, covered with cling film.
The next day add the yeast, melted and cooled butter, sugar, salt and flour.
Knead the dough until it begins to fall from the walls (about 10-15 minutes).
Roll out dough a thickness of slightly less than 1 cm Cut out circles. Spread on a baking sheet and allow to rise 10-15 minutes.
Bake in preheated to 220 gr. the oven for 10-12 minutes. For a smoother crust under a baking pan put a bowl of water (to create steam).
