Teccor with cereal
The recipe for these scones I found on the website gotovim. EN. A little podkorrektirovatj for themselves. Pellet Tecator prepared from dough kneaded with oatmeal. Suitable as a base for sandwiches (it is not cut lengthwise, but simply flip upside down and butter, put sausage and all greens on the "wrong" side of the pellet).

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    170 g

  • Milk

    1 l

  • Yeast

    15 g

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Sugar

    40 g

  • Margarine

    250 g

  • Flour

    1.5 kg

Cooking

Cereal soaked in warm milk (37 degrees), mix and leave overnight in the fridge, covered with cling film.
