Cooking
Thaw puff pastry at room temperature.
In a pack of 2 plates. For my pie I used just one. Roll out a plate of puff pastry on floured surface. Form for baking grease with oil and put the dough in the form so that the edges hanging down.
For the filling, I used ready minced meat (pork+beef). Fry the mince in a pan until tender, season with salt and pepper, add chopped green onion, mix well.
Collect the pie. On the dough spread mashed potatoes, sprinkle green onions.
In mashed potatoes put fried meat.
The edges of the dough move to the middle of the cake and primitive. Sent in preheated oven for 20 minutes (or watch for the puff pastry until it is browned).
5 minutes until cooked pie get them out of the oven and sprinkle with grated cheese and send back in the oven.
To give the cake to cool and cut into pieces.
