Cooking
The liver is chopped and soaked in 150 ml of milk for a few hours and the beam at night
Carrots to RUB on a large grater, onion finely chopped, pumpkin cut into small pieces
Baton soaked in 100 ml milk
Vegetables fry before sex preparedness. the liver is removed from the milk, Pat dry with paper towel and fry together with the vegetables for 5-7 minutes, then pour the remaining milk and put out in about 15 minutes
All contents of the pan to load in blender. Baton wring out and add to liver with vegetables. All grind until smooth (for lack of a blender, you can use the meat grinder)
Ready pie pour into molds and sent overnight in a refrigerator. In the morning it will be soft and creamy. So on top of the pate formed a dry crust, you can melt some butter and pour on top, optionally sprinkle with spices, or just cover with cling film so that it touches the surface of the pate.
