Here are all the ingredients.
Grind rice in a coffee grinder (you can take semolina, but it is not so good).
In a heated pan pour oil, add the ground rice on a slow fire to simmer for 7-10 minutes, until the rice has become beige, add diluted tomato paste and simmer for another 10-15 minutes.
Grind herring in a blender.
Cooled to 50-60 degrees from rice-tomato mixture to combine with chopped herring mix thoroughly. And you can immediately remove the sample.
