Classic chocolate cake
Another recipe of chocolate cake without flour. Chocolate lovers dedicated!

Ingredients

  • Chocolate milk

    3 piece

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Cherry

    50 g

  • Cashews

    50 g

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

Proteins separated from the yolks. In a separate Cup to put broken pieces of chocolate and butter, melt everything in the microwave or in a water bath. If in the microwave, don't forget to add 2-3 tbsp of cold water. Chocolate cool slightly and add egg yolks until smooth. Add the cherries and cashews. For spice you can add cognac or brandy.

In proteins add the salt and beat in a solid foam. Gently mix with the chocolate mix and bake in a pre heated oven. Bake at 150-200 degrees for 30-35 minutes (focus on your oven).
