Zucchini in sour cream
My favorite recipe of zucchini so they are delicious in hot or cold; and as a separate dish, or as a garnish to meat. Easy to prepare, the ingredients required minimum.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    250 g

  • Salt

    2 g

  • Seasoning

    2 g

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

Zucchini peel and core, cut into half rings, salt.

In a skillet heat vegetable oil and fry the pieces over high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side, until a slight blush. At the same time to turn on the oven to heat up to a temperature of 180*C.

Roasted washer to put tightly in the casserole dish. When the bottom closes to lubricate the first layer is a thin layer of sour cream, and the next batch to put on top.

The last portion also lubricate the sour cream, sprinkle with paprika, dried garlic and herbs de Provence. Send in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes for baking.

I prefer to eat this dish as an independent, adding fresh cold cream to the hot squash.
