Forcemeat mix with finely chopped onion and pepper. Salt. Add seasoning
Zucchini cut into roundels the thickness of 1-1,5 cm and remove the middle. Add salt and leave for 10 mins to Lay out rings on a baking sheet. In the middle put a bit of meat
Put tomatoes
Tomatoes to cover the meat
To prepare the sauce: sour cream mixed with chopped garlic. Salt. Cover the zucchini with the sauce and place in oven at 180-200 degrees for 40 min.
