Description
The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in the 2009 user Soledad called "Pie dough with cheese" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". This cake I baked, almost nothing changed in the recipe-the original. I really liked this dough, but I came to the conclusion that the author of the proposed filling to him is not suitable. So I changed the name and want to offer it to the dough recipe - it was very tasty and unusual.

Cooking
Cheese mash (I tentatively rubbed it on a coarse grater) and mix with the oil.
Add the egg and mix well.
Put the mass into the flour mixed with baking powder and knead the dough. To put it in the fridge for 1 hour.
For the filling, shred cabbage, saute until tender and add 3 hard-boiled eggs.
A large portion of the dough spread in a greased form, making bumpers, and put the stuffing.
Cover with the remaining dough, edge stung.
On top of the cake brush with oil and bake at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes. I brought the prescription in the form in which it was proposed by author Soledad. But, in my opinion, much better from this dough to make small cookies-tortillas, brushing them with egg and sprinkled with coarse salt and cumin.
