So there you go: first of all prepare the dough. Butter (or margarine softened) + sugar + 3 egg YOLKS and 1 EGG - mix well until smooth (with a mixer or in a blender, does not matter). Then add the baking powder and flour. But put the flour, not all at once. I poured more than half, and then added little by little... Why? Yes all is very simple: amount of flour will depend on the size of the eggs. After all, they can be small, medium and large. I was average size and the flour it took me 450 gr. For eggs of larger size may take flour and 500-550 gr. ...knead the dough. At first it will stick to hands and to the table. But as you add flour and further mixing, the dough will become smooth, elastic and pleasant by touch. Let the dough stand for a bit, about 30 minutes. I left on the table.
Then divide it into two parts, but not in half. One part is slightly larger than the other. Form for baking grease with butter. Take a piece of dough (one that) and put into the form, forming the bottom and sides (the sides do higher). Put on top of the test piece of foil (or baking paper), pour a little bit of peas or beans (is that when baking not to lose the shape of the cake) and put in the oven T 180*C for 10-15 minutes (we need to grab a little cake). After the time to remove the form, remove the foil.
While the dough is baked, prepare the filling. Mix the curd (curd should not be very wet, preferably), sugar, vanilla sugar and cinnamon (cinnamon is optional, for an Amateur) until smooth.
