Description

Buns with garlic and herbs
Excellent substitute for bread.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    350 g

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Sugar

    1.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Yeast

    1.5 tsp

  • Garlic

    6 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Dill

    0.5 coup

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

Prepare the dough: 150 g flour, 0.5 teaspoon of yeast, warm milk stir until smooth, cover with cling film and leave in a warm place for 2-3 hours.

Sift 200 g flour, add 1 teaspoon of dry yeast, salt, sugar, melted and cooled butter, put all the ripe sourdough and knead the dough. The dough should be soft and elastic.

From the dough form a ball, put it in a bowl, cover with a light towel and leave in a warm place for 50-60 minutes, until the dough doubles in volume.

Prepare the filling: greens finely chop, garlic squeeze (via chesnokodavilku), add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and thoroughly mix everything.

Divide the dough into 7-8 pieces. Each part roll out in rectangular layer, spread on the surface of the filling. Shape dough into a loaf.

To pass on a greased baking sheet, each lubricated with water using a brush, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 20-30 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 190-200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
