Mayonnaise
Mayonnaise in 2 minutes, great for salads, sandwiches.

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

    200 ml

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

For cooking we will need: a blender and a bowl.

In a bowl pour sunflower oil 200 ml, add sugar half a teaspoon salt a teaspoon, divide the egg.

A blender put egg yolk, add a tablespoon of 9% vinegar and whisk until thick.

If you have liquid mass, then you can break another egg.

The mayonnaise is ready, Bon appetit!!! PS: you can add a little lemon juice, ground black pepper, mustard, and this is, as they say, "matter of taste".
