Shortbread cake with strawberries
Rainy was July, very few Sunny days. And when in the street cloudy and damp especially like hot cakes.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

  • Margarine

    180 g

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Yolk egg

    3 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

    0.5 pack

  • Strawberry

    2 cup

Beat the eggs with sugar until white. Add the softened margarine, flour and knead the dough. Roll the dough into a ball, wrap with foil and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough, spread in a greased form. Cover with parchment and fill with beans(beans, peas). Bake for about 15 minutes, remove the parchment and pie to pester until Golden brown. cream: beat egg yolks and sugar. powder, starch, until frothy. Milk pour into a saucepan, bring to a boil. Remove from heat, pour in the yolk mass, stirring constantly. Again put on fire and stirring constantly, cook until thick. Pour the cream in the procurement pie. Put the cleaned and washed strawberries. Sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar.
