Very interesting and delicious puffs, just in time for morning tea.

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    0.5 pack

  • Mustard

    3 tsp

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Pork

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    8 piece

Puff pastry cut into squares, put into molds for baking, brush with egg and put on 15 minutes in a preheated 200 degree oven. Pork cut into thin strips and sear in a pan.

Take out the puff. At the bottom of each spread mustard mixed with grated cheese, followed by to drive 2 eggs and put browned pork. Cover with dampened parchment and place in the oven for another 15-20 minutes.
