Rice salad with vegetables
Today we have an easy, but nonetheless delicious and healthy salad! The ingredients are simple and very affordable.

Ingredients

  • Figure

    1 pack

  • Green olives

    50 g

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Corn

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Greens

For this salad I took the rice Indica Gold bags

Rice boiled in salted boiling water until tender. Then pull using the forks, carefully cut the bag of rice spread on a plate

Meanwhile, cut all vegetables and place in a bowl. Cucumbers and tomatoes (I used cherry)

Olives cut into two halves, add rice crispies

Spread red pepper, cut into cubes and corn without liquid. Dressed with vegetable oil, add salt, mix and put in a salad bowl. Prepare greens. Bon appetit!
