Cooking
Pour into a saucepan with water, add salt (1/2 tsp), put on fire and bring to boil. A packet of basmati rice in boiling water and cook for 12 minutes.
And while cooking the rice, prepare the necessary ingredients. Zucchini wash, clean.
Remove the seeds from the squash.
Grate on a coarse grater. Salt. Once the zucchini let the juice, very (!!!) a good squeeze of liquid.
Add in the bread crumbs. Mix well.
Form of pumpkin weight balls and fry them in olive oil on high heat.
Fried balls to put on napkins to soak up excess oil.
The balls roll in sesame seeds.
Pepper wash, cut into rings.
Meanwhile, the rice is cooked. Remove it from the bag. Mix lettuce, rice and remaining sesame seeds.
Put on a plate rice and salad mix, then pepper and zucchini balls. Then repeat the alternating layers.
Prepare the filling: mix olive oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice.
