The cake was baked in a surprise gift to parents and in a hurry, because there was a lot, so the cooking process I did not take off. It is rather a design choice. But if you're interested what's inside, I will try to explain. In principle, very simple. The idea is that every heart is a separate cake. So, one of the hearts is a honey cake recipe Olyushka_M that I found here and already many times used to bake delicious, airy cake, for which many thanks to her! The second heart is a sponge cake. For the sponge cake: beat 3 eggs and 150 gr sugar with a mixer until lush white mass, whip long, 7-10 min. Then carefully, with a spoon, mix 150 grams of flour. Bake at 180 grams in one cake. I baked on a large baking sheet. For the cream mix sour cream with sugar and pre-soaked in hot water and cut into small pieces, prunes. Next, cut out paper template of our heart. Take honey cakes and cut 3 hearts pattern (by simply swiping across the edge with a sharp knife cut very easily). Turn the template and cut out a symmetrical 3 heart biscuits (I didn't have enough cake for 3 of a heart, because the third cake I got from scrap). Coat each cake with its cream and put in the dish side by side.
Left to decorate. The idea of every heart must be covered with mastic. Sister is engaged I have this issue and that some of the mastic came out a little (nephew well helped:)), so the red mastic we closed only honey heart. And sponge cake and prepared the cream, mix the condensed milk with soft butter and adding a little red food coloring. Slathered this cream the second heart and sent for a while all the refrigerator.
