Description
Came a wonderful time - the ripening season of cherries! And I decided to eat chocolate pudding with cherry sauce. Rich chocolate flavor of the pudding combined with a nice light sour cherry. And all of this is nice served with whipped cream! And you can enjoy soft, airy dessert!

Cooking
First you need to make the sauce. Half of the cherries, grind in a blender. In a saucepan add sugar, pour 2 tbsp. of water or juice with berries. Put on fire and bring to boil. Cook for a few minutes. Then add chopped cherries, let boil and pour the wine. Cook for 5-7 minutes. Add remaining cherries and boil for another couple of minutes. Leave the sauce to cool.
Make the pudding. In the microwave melt the chocolate and butter. Cool. The eggs, yolks and sugar whipped to a foam. Gently mix with the chocolate mix, then flour.
The whole mass is put into the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Molds for baking grease with butter. Spread the dough on the forms. Pudding does not rise high during baking but does not settle. You can put the dough into 1 – 1.5 cm below the edge of the form.
Send in the oven for 10 min. at 190*. Then the oven off and leave pudding to cool. In the middle of the cooled pudding to make a hole and pour the sauce on top. Can be served with whipped cream (like me) or with a scoop of ice cream.
