Cooking
Eggplants wash, wipe, wrap it in foil. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake eggplant for 20 minutes.
Allow the eggplant to cool. Clean it and finely chop. Add the crushed garlic, lemon juice, cumin, oil and salt.
Mix and serve :-) it's a nice taste, spicy at the same time sour. I liked it :-)
