Chocolate cupcake
Imagine You come home after work and on the street this autumn: fog, rain, it's getting dark... and want something quick and hot tea (well, coffee). This cake is like nothing else fits. Quick and nothing special needs: no eggs, no butter, no chocolate, nothing supernatural. All components have in any home.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Jam

    4 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Black tea

    1 cup

Sugar, flour, vegetable oil, baking soda (or baking powder), baking soda, jam (syrup, no fruit) or honey, mix. If the dough is kneading will combine the best tea to cool, so as not to damage the stirrer. If you just in the Cup, it does not matter. All the components knead. The dough will be the consistency of a homemade sour cream. In the dough, you can add nuts, raisins or whatever you like.

Because this cupcake we have traditionally done in the pan, the ring, and now that I was there, I did this design. But in principle it does not matter. The cupcake you can bake in any other form.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and put back our form. Patiently waiting for 15 minutes (readiness check with a match) and all the cupcake take out. Top can be sprinkled with powdered sugar. Cupcake is ready for the tea party!
