Very nutritious and flavorful salad.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Corn

    1 can

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Green bell pepper

    1 piece

  • Red sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Bow white

    0.5 piece

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Curry

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Salt

Beans pre-soak and boil until tender. The eggs boil hard boiled, clean.

Clean and seed the peppers, tomatoes, and peppers finely chop.

Peel the onion, cut into half rings. Eggs cut into cubes.

Mix beans, corn, vegetables and eggs.

Add salt and curry, and lemon zest.

Add oil and vinegar to give the salad to stand for 20 minutes before serving.
