I want to share with You the recipe of a sauce for roast pork. Mrissa sauce makes the meat very juicy and bright flavor. Products available, cooking is not difficult and the result will pleasantly surprise you. This sauce can also be used for baking the wings and legs of a bird.

Cooking
I prefer roasting the pork neck, it is more soft. You may use at its discretion the shoulder or brisket. So, cut the meat into pieces.
Prepare missou. The pepper, removing the stalk and seeds and finely chop (I used a blender). Garlic skip through the frog. From lemon squeeze the juice.
In pepper and garlic, add the lemon juice, tomato juice, vegetable oil 2 art. spoons, salt to taste and mix well.

In a deep bowl, mix MRICS, honey, soy sauce, ground paprika, vegetable oil, salt to taste.
This marinade pour the meat and leave for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator. I prefer the night to put in the refrigerator to marinate the meat, but if pressed for time, then 2 hours will be enough for marinating. Preheat the oven to 180 C, put the meat with the marinade in a baking dish and bake until tender.
