Onion, garlic, ginger, rice, are "technical stuff" to broth
Ribs wash, cut into pieces ( 2-3 ribs in one piece) Ginger, cut into slices, onion cut into four pieces, garlic cut into two parts. ( onion, ginger, garlic't clean!, only wash. rice will add not blurred because), and, accordingly, the Bay leaf, cloves and pepper.
