Our family loves the different sauces... thanks to the sauce the dish acquires its own flavor. Want to offer a sauce that is great for beef.

Ingredients

  • Black currants

    1 cup

  • Dry red wine

    100 ml

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Black pepper

    6 piece

  • Carnation

    1 bottle

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

Prepare our products.

Take cane sugar TM "Mistral"

In a saucepan pour water, add the butter and sugar. Then add the currants.

Cloves, pepper and wine.

Cook on a medium heat until thickened.

Strain the sauce through a sieve. Grind the berries with a spoon.

Add the garlic. And the sauce is ready!

Perfect with beef.
