Beef in Thai
Recently my friends came back from Thailand with great regret that the vacation ended so quickly. And we decided to have a party in a Thai style. And our dinner however it is a quick and delicious dish with its bright colors and Oriental flavors.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    400 g

  • Pepper

    5 piece

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Red onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Ginger

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    6 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Starch

    2 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Basil

    1 coup

  • Cilantro

    1 handful

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Noodles

    400 g

  • Black pepper

To prepare the products. * Fans to this set feel free to add slices of pineapple.

Beef cut into thin slices or cubes and marinate in mixture of soy sauce, vegetable oil and black pepper.

Peppers cut into strips, chili - rings, red onion feathers, ginger - thin strips, garlic - thin slices. Chopped greens.

Dissolve the starch in half a Cup of water with 4 tablespoons of soy sauce.

Then everything is done very quickly. Very hot wok with a small amount of vegetable oil and quickly fry the beef before Browning.

Add the onion, garlic and ginger, cook, stirring, until the appearance of the characteristic aroma (2-3 minutes).

Add the peppers, fry all together for another 2-3 minutes. The peppers should remain crunchy. * If you use pineapple - add it with the peppers.

Pour the sauce to the wok and saute, stirring, 1 minute.

Pour in the starch solution. Constantly stirring the contents until the sauce has thickened and all the pieces will be covered (1-2 minutes).

Turn off the heat, add all the greens, mix and allow the flavors to mingle.

Rice noodles dipped in boiling salted water, turn off the heat, cover and let stand 3-4 minutes. Cooked noodles drain in a colander, rinse with cold water and season with a teaspoon of vegetable oil.

In portion bowl put the noodles, top the beef with the vegetables and sauce and garnish with a sprig of Basil. It's as tasty as beautiful!
