Cheesecake with white chocolate and blueberries
Something I all the pizzas, but the salads are placed. It's time to post something sort of... sweet... delicious... These cheesecakes are quite simple in execution, but they were delicious... incredibly delicate, airy, fragrant... Biscuits grind, mix with butter into a homogeneous mass. In muffin cups put a single heat resistant muffin tins (if you do without a form, you have to take two molds to keep the shape). Biscuit mass put equal portions on the bottom of the molds and pressed by hand. Put in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Chocolate finely grated. Beat the cheese with sugar, zest, cream, egg and 2/3 of the chocolate. Place the filling in the molds, add the blueberries (a little berries to leave). Little stir. Spread the mixture over the cups and top with the pending add blueberries. Bake in a preheated 150*C oven for 30 minutes. Allow to cool in the oven with the door open. Refrigerate for 3 hours. Sprinkle with remaining chocolate.
