Description
This Apple jelly with fresh apples, pomegranate and coconut, very tasty. I am particularly pleased that Apple does not change its taste and remains fresh and crisp. This is my debut on the "Cook" and this recipe is going for the contest "Gorenje: Christmas song".
Ingredients

Jelly I was making so: gelatin soaked in warm water and left to swell the gelatin, then add it to warm Apple juice and stir until dissolved.
On the bottom of the glass put pomegranate seeds
and poured a little bit of Apple juice with gelatin.
Apple cut into slices and shape of the cut out snowflakes.
And the frozen jelly put coconut.
Top mounted snowflakes from Apple and poured the remaining jelly, then put in the refrigerator until fully cured.
