Description
One half of my guests loved the chocolate cake, the other half didn't like it. Thinking well, I found a compromise: all three components of the cake (sponge cake, cream and decoration), I made in two versions: with chocolate and without chocolate, and then combined all in one cake. So there was cake "Compromise". Complaints from guests received none from the other side.
Cooking
Separate the yolks from proteins, mix with sugar, add olive oil, flour with baking powder, knead the dough. Beat the whites until cool foam, carefully add to the batter, stirring with a spoon from the bottom up. Divide the dough into two parts, add one 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, bake separately. Biscuits to bake for the day to cool and dry. For the cream: cheese mascapone mix with sugar and lemon juice, beat the whites to a foam with a mixer, then manually mix in a spoonful of the cheese to the cream not fallen down. Divide the cream into two parts, one add cocoa powder or grated chocolate. Syrup: sugar to dissolve in a spoonful of water, add a spoonful of lemon juice, boil until thick, add the liqueur. Biscuit cut lengthwise, soak with syrup. Collect the cake: light sponge cake, dark cream, dark biscuit, light cream, light sponge cake, chocolate fondant. The chocolate chips and milk to microwave, stir and add a Pat of butter. Between the layers I missed currant jam acid. Decorated white chocolate.
